住宅外墙保温结构施工技术应用研究一一以A项目为例摘要:能源问题己成为限制社会可持续发展和保护生态环境的主要因素。我国幅员辽阔,多变的气候和环境加大了建筑节能减排的难度,制约了我国的可持续发展的战略。减少建筑能耗,提高能源利用率,建筑节能迫在眉睫。而外墙保温可有效减少建筑的使用能耗。通过对民用建筑墙体保温节能系统现状分析,发现项目在外墙保温施工、管理与材料应用之间存在诸多问题:根据节能环保和可持续发展的理念,提出应对措施,希望对其它同类项目的外墙保温施工具有一定的借鉴意义。关键词:外墙保温:节能:施工技术:A项目AbstractThe energy problem has become the main factor restricting the sustainabledevelopment of society and protecting the ecological environment.China's vastterritory,changeable climate and environment increase the difficulty of buildingenergy conservation and emission reduction,and restrict China's sustainabledevelopment strategy.It is urgent to reduce building energy consumption and improveenergy utilization.The external wall insulation can effectively reduce the energyconsumption of buildings.Through the analysis of the current situation of civilbuilding wall insulation and energy-saving system,it is found that there are manyproblems in the construction,management and material application of external wallinsulation:According to the concept of energy conservation,environmentalprotection and sustainable development,this paper puts forward countermeasures,hoping to have a certain reference significance for the external wall insulationconstruction of other similar projects.Key words:exterior wall insulation;Energy saving;Construction technology;ItemA
